A man from Kansas, who sexually abused a 14 year-old and recording the act on his cell phone, has been sentenced in federal court.
Prosecutors say Cole Marshall will get 18 years in prison with no chance of parole and will also serve the rest of his life on supervised release when he get outs.
Court papers say Marshall admitted to the charge involving the teenager out of Polk County, Missouri.
