Police say a man is being treated for minor injuries after being hit by a car Friday morning on Kansas Expressway near Talmage in Springfield.
The driver took off and the victim wasn’t able to give a description of the vehicle.
Officers say it’s possible the driver didn’t see the man because of the thick fog around 3:30 a.m.
