Here’s more from Greene County:
As part of the community effort to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, today the Greene County Commission voted to close the Greene County Historic Courthouse to the public for 30 days beginning Monday, April 6.
Citizens needing services during this time can still do so by phone, fax, email or limited appointments. Those specifically needing to complete their notary application or wanting to cast an absentee vote for the upcoming election (note: the April election has been moved to June 2), can call the County Clerk’s Office and they will be able to grant access through the building’s east side door off of Robberson Avenue.
