A second person has been charged in the murder of Alexander Chute and Brianna Sproul in Willard last month.
Therin Plumb is in the Greene County Jail on charges of tampering with evidence in a felony prosecution.
Court documents say Plumb was told to get a gun from one car and put it in another to be disposed of after the murders.
Investigators say the 18-year-old with was Matthew Plumb, who threw the gun into a creek.
Matthew Plumb was charged earlier this week in connection to the murder. He faces charges of two counts of first-degree murder but investigators don’t believe he pulled the trigger.
Authorities do say they believe Matthew Plumb gave information on how to carry out the crime to two others, and would report the gun used as stolen and create an alibi.
