A woman in Republic has been found guilty by a judge of abusing or neglecting an infant who was in her care.
Prosecutors say Dillbeck shook the baby but didn’t mean to.
The infant had suffered specific injuries to their eyes and brain that doctors say were caused by shaking.
KY3 is reporting that the child has been doing fine since the incident in 2017.
