The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is reporting two people who have died from COVID-19 in the past week.
Health officials say one of the people who died was a man in his 60s while the other was a man in his 90s.
Few details are being shared but the health department says, “One individual had an underlying health condition that put them at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19. One individual was associated with long-term care.”
Overall, 429 people have died from COVID-19 since the pandemic began.
