A man is in custody after a long standoff at a home near Scenic and Elm in Springfield ended with the home on fire.
Greene County Sheriff’s deputies surrounded the home to arrest a man wanted on felony warrants.
The suspect was finally arrested after he set fire to the back of the home.
The Greene County Sheriff says the man was hit with a non-lethal projectile.
He was taken to the hospital with burns.
