A home where a murder took place Monday in Springfield caught fire Tuesday.
Firefighters responded to the home on North Marion just a day after police found 61-year-old Lavona Haddock dead inside.
66-year-old Lilburn Motley was arrested and charged with first degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm.
KY3 is reporting investigators have not said what caused the fire.
