(KTTS News) — Two brothers are charged with kidnapping a 13-year-old girl.
KY3 says Matthew Rear, 20, and his brother, Justin Rear, 19, admitted picking the girl up from her grandparents home and taking her to their home in Everton.
Justin admitted to Highway Patrol investigators that he had sex with the girl.
