(KTTS News) — The Newton County Sheriff says a missing 12-year-old girl and her father have been found.
Authorities were especially concerned for the safety of Alissa Minton.
She was with her father, Shad Minton, who was homeless and had warrants.
The sheriff says his department received several news tips after the story ran in the news and on social media.
