(KTTS News) — Four horses have been rescued from some property in Greene County.
It happened in the 9800-block of North Farm Road 187.
The Greene County Sheriff says the horses, ages 7 to 17, were malnourished and covered in lice.
They’ve been turned over to the Humane Society of Missouri.
The owner is facing animal neglect charges.
