(KTTS News) — A man from West Plains is now charged with doing around $20,000 worth of damage to a golf course.
19-year-old Xane Norton was arrested after he was spotted doing donuts on the West Plains Municipal Golf Course.
Police say his pickup was not registered and he was driving without insurance.
