(KTTS News) — A man is charged with dragging a Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy during a traffic stop.
Euel Davis, 54, faces charges of resisting arrest and assault.
The incident happened last Friday night near Hammons Field.
Authorities say Davis was pulled over for speeding toward a crosswalk and possible DUI.
He refused to stop and drove off, dragging the deputy.
The deputy was treated and released a local hospital.
