(KTTS News) – Springfield’s City Council has approved $600k to upgrade 19 intersections, including areas along Sunshine Street, Battlefield Road, and National Avenue.
The objective is to ensure these intersections are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and safer for individuals with disabilities.
The upgrades will include new sidewalks, ramps, and pedestrian push buttons.
