(Springfield’s News Talk 104.1) – Funeral services are scheduled for Riley Strain.
Strain went missing in Nashville on March 8 during a fraternity trip.
Authorities said Strain’s body was recovered from the Cumberland River in West Nashville on March 22, about 8 miles from downtown.
Police say that no foul play-related trauma was observed.
A visitation will be held on Friday from 11 AM to 2 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home East in Springfield.
A Celebration of Life will follow at 2 PM.
A private burial will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Riley’s honor can be made to the Missouri Department of Conservation.
