Kimberling City Police Chief was named 2023 Outstanding Missouri Police Chief of the Year.
Chief Todd Lemoine was awarded at the annual Missouri Police Chiefs Association.
Lemoine took over as chief on November 2, 2021.
Lemoine has started multiple programs since he became police chief, like community policing, National Night Out, Coffee Talk Thursday’s with Todd once every month, Neighborhood Watch and more.
