(KTTS News) — The Highway Patrol is investigating a drowning that happened Sunday night at Lake of the Ozarks.
Troopers say 56-year-old James Roy from Kansas City was last seen near a boat at Bollinger Creek Cove.
He was pronounced dead at Mimosa Beach.
