The Missouri Lottery is paying a Springfield man $1 million after he scratched off a winning ticket.

Jeffery Cunningham purchased the 50x Lucky scratch-off ticket at a Kum n Go on Battlefield.

He says he plans to use some of the winnings to buy a house.
