A Taney County Judge has denied a lawsuit requesting a restraining order on Branson’s face mask ordinance.
Attorney Kristi Fulnecky filed the lawsuit on behalf of two clients, saying the ordinance violated a right to privacy, and harmed her client’s businesses.
The defense attorney requested that pre-trial publicity be limited, the judge overruled this as well.
The first hearing began Friday.
