The Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash near Branson.
Troopers say Hope Shofner from Forsyth was riding in a car that crossed the center line of Highway 76 four miles east of Branson and hit a pickup head-on.
The driver of the car, identified as Tammy Shofner, was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
The driver of the pickup, Jesus Luevano, refused medical treatment.
