Fire has destroyed a trailer and a metal building between Springfield and Nixa.
Heavy smoke could be seen in the area late Wednesday morning.
The Nixa Fire Department says nobody was hurt in the fire in the 2100-block of North Bristol Lane, west of Highway 160 and AA.
Crews had to truck in water to fight the flames.
